Import Video
The Microsoft Store app can be launched by first searching for "blur face" in the store's top-level search field. The initial step was to upload the video when it was accessed.
Blur and Tracking
Go to the "Manual" tab, select the tracking area and click the "Tracking forward" button to start the process.
Cut video
You can move the mark in and mark out cursor to select a video segment or use the square brackets mark in and mark out button to apply the cut process.
Export
Export the selected video clip to your hard drive.
