Import Video
Search for "blur face" on the Microsoft Store to find the Nero Blur Face. To get in, install the application.
To begin, let us drag and drop a video.
Auto Tracking
Click "Tracking Faces" to start tracking immediately. You can change the rate to "Ignore faces smaller than the size set."
On the tracking dashboard below, each face in this movie will be reflected by a number. Five faces will be automatically followed in this video.
Add Clip Art
Now that the tracking face is done, let's add some decoration. Click the "Manual" bar to see all the clip art effects for a certain face.
You can see on the right that the "decoration" is a new part of Nero Blur Face. All kinds of decorations, such as masks, love icons, emoji, famous, bubbles, fields, frames, lines, vignettes, and many others, could be used for free.
Edit Clip Art
Choose your favorite decoration from the clip art collection for the face and change its size and position.
Add your Own Sticker
By the way, if none of the standard stickers satisfy you, Nero Blur Face also offers the option to submit your own.
From the "Open" button, you can apply a custom effect.
