It's common to need to update your email when using software like Nero, significantly if you've changed emails or lost access to your old one.

2. Communication: Nero Software will send updates and announcements to your registered email. Keeping it current ensures you don’t miss out.
3. Account Management: Switching to a new primary email makes managing your subscriptions, support requests, and account recovery easier.
Let's have a quick guide to help you change the email linked to your Nero software on Nero Start.
My Profile Page
Run Nero Start and log in with your current email address for Nero Start.
Click the top right corner and click My Profile to open the Nero Account Profile page.
Find the Email Edit
Click the 'change email address' icon behind your email on the My Profile page to open the web page.
Log In on Web page
Log in with your email address on the Nero Account Login web page.
Edit Address
After successfully logging in, Click the Edit button behind the email address.
Confirm your Current Password
To ensure your account's safety, you will be prompted to enter your current password before you change it.
New Address
After confirming, let's enter your new email address now. Type this new email twice, and you will receive a notification that your confirmation has been changed.
Verify Email
Nero will send a verification code to your new email address to make a verification.
Please find the code from this email and enter it on the web page. Then, you have successfully changed your new email.
Change Email Address is Done!
Next, restart Nero Start. Log in to the Nero account using the new email address. The password does not change.
