Import Video Files
First, launch Nero Recode and choose "Import Video Files" from the "Convert Media Files" menu.
Output Settings
Select output settings, then click the More Options arrow. You could add burn-in subtitles and export the video in the desired format.
Add Subtitles
To import a subtitle file, select the Subtitles tab. As a burned-in subtitle for the video, only one file could be used. Subtitle formats supported by Nero Recode include srt, ass, ssa, idx, ttml, vtt, sub, and smi.
Subtitle Settings
If the subtitle display time does not match the video well, you can change the frame rate and delay duration.
