Define "ripping" an audio CD. To "rip" an audio CD means to make an electronic copy of its contents. Audio CD ripping is useful for archiving CD tracks, transferring tracks to a portable music player or cell phone, and salvaging music from a scratched or otherwise damaged disc.

First, go to the Nero Start and look for the Nero Burning Rom.

When Nero Start is launched successfully, it will display the entire Nero application menu. Look for one remarkable emblem, the red fire with Rome city; it's still a memorable story for all of us. Click the green bar "open" to begin using our target application, Nero Burning Rom.

Setup New Audio Tracks or F9

Keep an eye out for the top bar. You will like this strong tool's easy-to-use action words, "Edit", "View", "Recorder", and "Extras", and then choose the "Extra" Tab from Nero Burning Rom.

If your CD was successfully inserted, the pop-up window will display your readable CD details on the source page, and the source page will be filled with your CD location details. The CD title and separated songs with title, artist, and length will appear soon as seen below.

Choose Your Output Format

Select another "Output" individual page. You can specify the output directory, which is the file location where you wish to save the file.

When all of the configurations are completed.

Now you're ready to copy. To begin transcoding an audio file to your hard disk, simply click the "Copy" button. When you click success, the copy status will show a green bar of the ripping process, each song will be in a loop to rip one by one, and when one song is finished, the status will show "Finished."
